Sissy Boy Haarlem
Haarlem The Netherlands, 2014
Interior design
Dutch retailer Sissy Boy, has several stores across The Netherlands. These stores serve as small warehouses, where, besides the fashion items of the namesake brand Sissy Boy, clothing, stationary, home decoration objects and skincare produce is sold of the likes of a.o. American Vintage, Mini Rodini, Gsus and Converse.
For all stores INAMATT created an interior design that is product supporting and clear with an accent on the flow of movement. These modular designs are very detailed, while leaving space for visitors to wander and explore the different brands and wares. Clarity without strictness was achieved by playing with highly contrasting materials like painted metals and pale wood and fresh shiny tiles. The store structure of INAMATT helped strengthen the organized disorganized image of the brand, leaving room to the rich variety of the collection, while accentuating a sense of home, belonging for the customers.
