INAMATT, the creators of the retail concept of Sissy Boy, designed the headquarters in the north of Amsterdam for more than 100 employees.

With our playful approach to optimize the organization of the departments, we created an improvised city concept. The concept consists of modular working units*, interior roof gardens, public spaces and alleys with surprising viewpoints.

To be able to turn a remote and temporary industrial 2000 m2 space into an inspiring headquarters, we used a circular method that provides freedom for adaptation and growth. Every component or even the whole headquarters can easily be transported to another location.

A yoga room, lunch space and a relaxing area naturally blend in with the showroom, photo studio, working spaces and meeting rooms. Sissy Boy headquarters also become an attraction for outsiders; it is open to all kinds of visitors.
