Arnhem is developing a ‘creative corridor’ to connect different area's and bring more life to the city.

The centre of discussion is how to transform and integrate the area of ‘Blue Waves’, the landscape art of Peter Struycken. ‘Research based art’ could shed new light on this matter and bring parties together.
